How Many Reservations Do I Need?
Before You Book
Limit of 3 reservations per customer. Each reservation is one photo grouping.
Your time is a check-in time. Several families check in during each time slot, so there may be a short wait before you’re in front of Santa. Visit length isn’t guaranteed.
One family per reservation. If several families want photos together, book back-to-back reservations. For example, three families plus a group photo of the grandkids would need four reservations.
Choose your calendar carefully. Barring injury or illness, the Santa pictured on the calendar will be the one in the chair for your pictures.
All reservations are nonrefundable. We sell out every year, so there are no squeeze-ins and no waitlist, and any cancellations are put back on the calendar as they come in.
Double-check your date, time, and calendar before you pay. We do not have the ability to reschedule or make changes once you have purchased your reservation.
